No one likes to withhold a booking fee, and I try to avoid missed bookings wherever possible. However, situations occur, and missed bookings can cost the company money and custom.
Missed bookings can cost me up to £500-£1000 in lost revenue per booking, so I do my best to ensure you’re reminded about your booking with me in advance.
Before your booking is due to take place, you will receive the following reminders:
- A reminder by email with your chosen calendar date and time.
- A second reminder by email with the date, time, and location agreed on in the contract.
- A third reminder by text, email and phone 24 hours in advance with the date, time, and location agreed on in the contract.
Bookings that are cancelled 48 hours after you booked and paid are non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please refer to the T&Cs here for more information.
The part booking cost excludes:
- Image editing
- Printing (if applicable)
- Framing (if applicable)
- Full booking time slot, i.e. additional time spent over the minimum of one hour. Bookings typically take between 1-2 hours.
Your final bill is available once the service is complete.
